Well, I haven't been blogging in a while so there have been some changes in my life. Life is full and we are happy and healthy. Everyone is growing and changing.

My "baby" is now 16mos. old and doing the toddler thing. It's funny I never get tired of watching a little one learn about the world. It is so fascinating. He is nothing like the other two. He is fearless, outgoing, and FUNNY. I love watching all my children with each other... I guess it is a good thing that he is growing up, because we are expecting blessing #4 in May. We have 1 girl and 2 boys, so big sis is hoping for lil sis... It would be wonderful to have another little girl, but we will be happy with another rough-houser too.

My oldest is 5 and she started school this year. We decided through much prayer that home-school would be best for our family and it has been AWESOME. This I will have to document elsewhere, but I will say here that I love having her home with me. This is what I envisioned life should be like...

My middle is about to turn 4 and all of the sudden he has developed a real passion for football. That's all he thinks about. He tackles everybody, but mostly his little helpless brother. It's amazing how much they have all changed in a year. I love watching them all develop their own personalities, likes, and dislikes.

Well, that's enough for now I guess. I'm thankful for Family, love, and life... God is Good, Faithful, and True...

  1. Hello! I am so glad you are back to blogging! I am so very happy for you a new baby coming real soon:) I am also so glad you decided to homeschool I am sure you will find it a blessing like I feel like it has been to our family:)

I would like to ask you to pray for us...we have been feeling a tug in our heart about having another child ourselves...this past month I was late and I started to freak out not in a good way I started thinking it might be a wrong idea?....but then I started and I began to feel guilty. I really want to have another child but fear is my enemy..I will be 40 in 8 days my oldest daughter will turn 16. Are we crazy to think that God would bless us yet again?

He is so Good!! I also know He is in full control :)

I know you don't know me but I know you pray so bless pray for us in this area.

  2. Hi Renee,

Thank you so much for coming by!!! Thank you for your well wishes. I know we don't know eachother, but it is for sure that we have a kindred spirit and we are sisters in Christ if we know him!!! So, I will definately pray for you!!! God knows what is best for us and His ultimate goal is to conform us to the image of Christ. Children are the way to do that for sure. Don't be afraid Sarah was 90 years old when she was promised a child. As for HS I am relieved to say it is the best decision we have made so far and it has been a tremendous blessing in our family... She is learning so much and I am amazed that I get to watch her everyday!!! I could go on for years, but I don't have to tell you how amazing it is to be home with your children around you!!! Many Blessing to my sister and Christ!!! Keep me updated!

Thanks for coming by... let me know what's on your mind!
